Amsaan Accessible Tours is a Deaf-led travel company. We create fun, accessible holidays for Deaf and hard-of-hearing people. Our Deaf team works hard to make travel easy and barrier-free. We offer group tours, custom holidays, and friendly support around the world.

Job Overview
We are looking for a BSL (British Sign Language) Travel Advisor to join our team. This is a full-time role for someone who loves travel and wants to help Deaf customers plan amazing trips. You will give advice, help with bookings, and support customers before and during their holidays – all in BSL.

Main Responsibilities

Helping Customers

• Talk with Deaf clients in BSL or International Sign to understand what kind of holiday they want

• Help plan and book hotels, transport, activities, and more

• Support clients if they want to change or cancel their booking

Accessible Travel Advice

• Keep up to date with travel rules, trends, and Deaf-friendly services

• Make sure bookings include access for Deaf travellers – like visual tours or interpreters

• Explain things clearly, like travel insurance, safety info, and what to expect

Using Systems & Communication

• Communicate clearly in BSL with customers

• Use booking systems to manage travel details and updates

• Talk to partners and suppliers to meet customer needs

What We’re Looking For

• Fluent in BSL (required)

• Good knowledge of travel and Deaf access

• Friendly and helpful customer service skills

• Organised and calm, even when busy

• Comfortable using booking websites, CRMs, and video tools

Work Hours

• Full-time (40 hours/week)

• Monday to Friday
